This policy applies to the HeySea.us website and to information you share with us through it. It is written to be read, not skimmed, but if anything is unclear please write to us and we will explain.
1. Who we are
HeySea.us is operated by CIRO Marine, LLC (“CIRO Marine”, “we”, “us”), the exclusive North American representative of HeySea Yachts. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use one of our forms, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, country, the models and interior palettes you are interested in, and any message or notes you choose to add. The forms on this site are the contact card, the brochure request, the newsletter sign-up, the model inquiry forms and the Design Studio access request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Information from other sources. If you contact us through social media or a third-party platform, we may receive your public profile information and the content of your message from that platform.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, send you the brochure or newsletter you asked for, arrange viewings, sea trials and Design Studio sessions, and to keep you informed about HeySea models, events and news where you have agreed to hear from us.
We also use it to operate, secure and improve the website, to understand how visitors use it, to comply with legal obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, and the steps needed to respond to your request or enter into a contract with you.
4. Who we share it with
HeySea Yachts. Because we represent HeySea Yachts, inquiries about specific models may be shared with the builder so that specifications, availability and build slots can be confirmed. HeySea Yachts operates outside the United States, so this may involve a transfer of your information abroad.
Service providers. We use trusted providers to host the website and process form submissions (Google Firebase), to manage inquiries and send email and text messages (HighLevel, through its LeadConnector service), and, only if you accept analytics cookies, to understand how the site is used (Google Analytics). They act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their services to us.
Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are shared only with the text-messaging provider that delivers messages on our behalf.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember choices such as your cookie preference. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it; these are set only if you choose “Accept All” in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics for this, with advertising and personalisation features turned off; it does not receive your name, email address or phone number. Google’s use of this data is described in its privacy policy, and you can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner or clear them at any time through your browser settings. Declining will not affect your ability to use the site.
6. Marketing choices
We send marketing email, including our newsletter, only where you have opted in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing inquire@heysea.us. We call or text you in response to an inquiry you have submitted. We send recurring marketing text messages only if you tick the separate, optional text-message box on a form. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and form data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterward, typically no more than three years from our last contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting or contractual reasons. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email inquire@heysea.us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
California residents may also request details of the categories of personal information we have collected and disclosed, and may not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland should note that this site is operated from the United States and that your information will be transferred to and processed there, and may be shared with HeySea Yachts outside those regions. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites and social media platforms, including ciromarine.com, Instagram and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, and where required we will seek your consent again.
